ORDERS

When you place an order on our website, you're committed to purchase the item at the listed price, including taxes or duties. While the website displays product availability information, it's not a guaranteed reflection of real-time inventory. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for various reasons, such as payment verification, suspected fraud, shipping limitations, or stock availability. Remember, items aren't reserved until your order is finalized. 

Just because you receive an email acknowledging your order doesn't mean it's confirmed. You'll only receive a true confirmation notification from our team once we've verified product availability. Keep in mind that only our team has the authority to confirm your order.

In rare instances, an item might show as available on the website during your order but be sold out by the time we process it. If this happens, we'll let you know as soon as possible.

Essentially, your commitment to purchase starts when you place an order, but our acceptance and product availability determine the final confirmation, which you'll receive directly from our team.

PAYMENT

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and KSA debit cards for online purchases. Payments are processed immediately upon order placement. You warrant authorization to use the provided payment details. We reserve the right to decline orders if payments are unauthorized, methods are invalid, or lack user authorization.

DELIVERY PROCESS

Currently, our services extend only within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. No deliveries occur until payment is received in full, either upfront or concurrently with the payment process. Expect deliveries to arrive approximately 2 working days after payment confirmation, but availability dictates the final timeframe. Customers bear the responsibility for covering the shipping cost, VAT, and all other fees associated with product delivery. Currently, only a standard delivery method exists.

Understand that any provided delivery dates are merely estimates and not guaranteed, as various circumstances beyond our control can impact them, including production, shipment, or transportation delays. Upon physical delivery of the product(s) to you, our liability towards you in relation to those products ceases, and you assume all responsibilities and risks associated with the delivery date and time onwards.

RETURNS

If a product has a manufacturing defect or is found faulty within 3 days of receipt, send a picture and order details to mbecomminfo@eajb.com.sa requesting a refund. However, returns are only accepted within 7 days of delivery and must meet specific conditions:

·   Unworn, unused, and unwashed, same condition as received.

·   Identification tag with seal and labels still attached.

·   Original packaging intact.

·   Product undamaged and matches what was shipped.

·   No returns for customized/personalized items, opened hygienic items, final sales, or jewelry.

We inspect returned products and inform you of our decision via email within a reasonable timeframe. If accepted, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. If conditions are not met, you will be notified, and the product returned to you. Refusing delivery may result in us keeping the product and purchase amount.

Agreement

This Agreement was concluded in accordance with the Saudi Electronic Commerce Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M / 126) dated 07/11/1440 AH and it's implementing regulations

WEBSITE TERMS

Please read these Terms and any other terms of use posted on the Website as together they form our Website Terms governing your use of our Website and Website services. We may change these Website Terms from time to time without notice to you by posting the updated Website Terms on the Website, so please be sure to check regularly for updates.

When you place an Order through our Website, you are deemed to have consented to the latest version of the Website Terms then posted on our Website. If a change in law means that we have to change our Website Terms after you have placed an Order but before it has been fulfilled, we are obliged to apply that change to your Order. In all other cases, the version posted at the time your Order was placed will apply. 

If you do not agree to be bound by the Website Terms, you should not use the Website.

 ELIGIBILITY

 We aim to make the Website and its associated services available to as many of you as possible. However, we do require that you are at least 18 years of age, able to lawfully: (i) make payment through one of our accepted payment types; (ii) agree to these Terms; and (iii) enter binding Orders with us.

The Website is for your personal use only and commercial usage is not permitted. We reserve the right to decline Orders where we suspect commercial usage.

PRODUCT LIABILITY 

By placing an Order through our Website, you acknowledge and agree that full liability for the product(s) rests with the manufacturer and that we carry no product liability for those items.

LANGUAGE

 These Website Terms are published in English and Arabic. If there is any inconsistency between the English text and the Arabic text, the Arabic text will apply.

DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW

These Website Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and all disputes arising hereunder are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Jeddah city. Juffali Automotive Company reserves the right to change any of these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting changes online.
