New design for elegant integration into the centre armrest
The new Bluetooth® SAP module, V3, is inconspicuously installed in the console between the driver and
front passenger seats. The new design, in classic black, now features
silver details in the surface which lend the holder
a timeless elegance and a certain chic, irrespective of the vehicle design.

The new Bluetooth® SAP Version 3 telephone modules from Mercedes-Benz feature
the following new functions which were not available with the previous version (A204 820 0535):
- USB port for charging mobile’s battery
- Selection of ringtones
- Supports BlackBerry phones
- Contacts with several categories are displayed in a structured format

Users continue to benefit from the familiar functions and advantages of the Mercedes-Benz
Bluetooth® SAP Version 2 telephone module (A204 820 0535):

- Access to the contact data saved on the SIM card
- Optimum reception quality (as a result of using vehicle’s external aerial)
- Read, write, send and delete text messages (access only to
texts saved on SIM card)
- Conveniently operated via multifunction steering wheel, audio system and central
instrument cluster display
- Once paired with the Mercedes-Benz Bluetooth® SAP telephone module, mobile phone switches
to standby mode (mobile uses less power)
- Call mailbox (where mailbox number is stored on SIM card)
- Call, conference call, hold, call waiting
- Display of provider name and signal strength
